Starter includes local JSON save/load, exports flat-lay mockups without PRO effects and watermarks, exports canvas text as a .txt file, and includes one cloud-saved project. Mockups using Pro & 3D effects (warp, perspective, patterns, advanced blends, and more) need Pro to export - or you can skip those windows and export the rest. ZIP (default) saves mockups.zip to your browser’s download location - usually the Downloads folder on Mac, Windows, and Linux (unless you changed that in browser settings). Folder lets you pick a destination folder in Chrome or Edge; in other browsers, images download one-by-one to Downloads instead. After export finishes, Mockup Rabbit shows an on-screen confirmation - look there if you’re unsure.
You can upload PNG and JPEG files as backgrounds or designs. Paid plans export PNG (lossless) or JPEG (adjustable quality). Use PNG if you need a transparent background.
Yes. Open Settings → Billing → Manage Billing to cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period - you won’t be charged again after that.
